1: Email us with your booking dates and requirements.
2: We will revert with availability status within 24 hours of your query.
3: Once you have finalised the dates, ask us to block the room(s) for you.
4: We will hold the room for you for a maximum period of 1 day within which you’ll have to make full advance payment via a
secured payment link.
5. Booking requests which are not confirmed by 100% advance payment within 24 hours will automatically get cancelled without
any further notice.
8. Check-in time is between 02:00 PM - 11:00 PM and Check-out time is before 12:00PM (noon). Early check-in or late check-out
subject to availability.
9. Guests of our in-house guests are not allowed to stay overnight. Rights of Admission Reserved.
10. If you are booking through a Travel Agent, kindly be advised - Aapo Aap Home Stay Management takes no responsibility for
the incapability of the travel agent to transfer the funds on the behalf of the guest. The Reservation is only confirmed
against 100% advance payment.
Booking requests which are not confirmed by advance payment within one day will
automatically get cancelled without any further notice.
Reservation must be cancelled 8 days prior to the planned date of arrival for a full refund. No requests for refund would be entertained for cancellations received within 7 days prior to arrival and the entire amount of booking would be charged as cancellation fees. A refund takes 7-10 working days to reflect in the original mode of payment.
Failure to arrive at the property will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given.
No refunds will be given for same day departures, early departures and late arrivals or for shortening the duration of stay.
